Founded in 1990, as headquarter of Zhuda Group, Jiangyin Zhuda Machinery Co., Ltd owns machining workshop and thermal treatment workshop with patented salt bath hardening process, which ensure we can produce high quality forged roll with barrel diameter of below 600MM, total length of below 3000MM at competitive price.

In order to meet market requirement in backup roll with bigger size and wind shaft, we established joint venture branch with Changzhou Ecco Roller Co., Ltd and Wuxi Huake Special Steel Co., Ltd in 2000, which owns double frequency induction hardening machine with high science & technology and some big scaled roll machine tools, which ensure we can produce forged roll with barrel diameter of below 1800MM and total weight of below 50MT and wind shaft 

In 2005, we established joint venture branch with Yangzhou Wanfeng Machinery Co., Ltd, which owns CNC machining center. Thus, we can produce weld pipe roll of all kinds used for weld pipe mill..

Owing to introduction of developed technology and equipment, and own unceasing research and development of new metal material and thermal treatment technology, our company has developed a series of high performance forged rolls at the competitive cost, which are widely used for carbon steel strip, stainless steel strip, aluminum strip, copper strip and so on.

Our forged roll includes work roll, intermediate roll, backup roll, Sendzimir roll, leveler roll straightener roll and weld pipe roll.
